The NO CHICKEN AWARD

I got a "NO CHICKEN AWARD". Hmm...wonder what the heck that actually means, semantically speaking. I don't keep chickens...maybe that's why they had to affirm my not having any chickens. State's way of congratulating ppl for not contributing to the Bird Flu menace? hmm...
